In 2000 Luis Villanueva saw firsthand how hard it was for companies to find specialized IT talent. He founded WSP with a simple goal: build trust between clients and technology experts by understanding both sides deeply. From day one we focused on making recruitment and delivery convenient for everyone involved.

Our first major engagement was with global leader CEMEX. Between 2000 and 2004 we supplied a dedicated team of consultants and developers for the CEMEX Way project. That partnership not only raised our service standards but also established WSP as a trusted long-term provider of specialized IT resources to CEMEX and other industry giants.
